Benroy joined Valley Industries in 2017 as a Quality Management Representative. Major duties include improving internal efficiency and effectiveness through the ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System. Benroy also manages quality control and represents Valley Industries from both a business side as well as community relations’ side of operation. Prior to Valley, he worked for the City of Hazelwood assisting the City Manager with tasks such as research, policy writing, and program coordination.

He is driven by Valley’s vision of being the employer of choice for adults with developmental disabilities.

Outside of work, Benroy enjoys hiking, rock climbing, and volunteer efforts such as trail building. He also serves in an advisory capacity with Great Rivers Greenway and the City of Maryland Heights through the Community Advisory Committee and Beautification Commission respectively.

He holds a Bachelors of Art in Communication Studies from Truman State University and a Master’s in Public Policy and Administration from the University of Missouri – St. Louis.
